It's like hiring an assistant, without the hassle of hiring one.
One of our representatives will meet with you to discuss and understand your needs.  Once in agreement and contract signed, a designated team member will be identified to support you.
Your designated team member will ask to be briefed in person, on your needs, preferences and systems so they can support you immediately.  You can engage with your designated team member through telephone, WhatsApp, emails or SMS.
Just like any assistant, your designated team member will keep you updated on the progress of tasks you have requested and inform you once completed.
Your designated team member has an identified back-up, who will support you seamlessly, in the event your designated team member is unavailable.  Our working hours are from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
